Who to go to for a gaming computer..(companys that specialize in making them)…or custon built?

Ok i wanted to know what company that specializes in making gaming computers should i go to if i wanted to buy one…I heard alien ware was good? is it true?

Or would i be better off getting it custom built at a local best buy or something…? If i was to get it custom built would i have to go with a certain company like dell or compaq etc….
