I am seeking to rent in Florida and I am contacting the places that have a "Rental Office" no provate people. I am looking to relocate to Jacksonville where you can get anything you want for 0 or less. I need to figure out how to best approach the rental office, about having no Job at the time i move to Jacksonville, which will be in a few weeks, however having Income. (Income is guaranteed through Parents, in a Student-type arrangementm in absence of all other Income abd she has had same job for 17+ years, well-paying, RN.)
The last time I went for an apartment, we got it by paying Security deposits, application fee, and botmh myself and co-signer had approved credit. Will it be the same this time?
The first one I called did not accept co-signers. Surely, that was just that office, yes?
