I am planning to build a house in Madambakkam. Its an unapproved land. When applied for approval, I was asked to pay 64k for Madambakkam panchayat and 76k as OSR fees. It comes to 1.5lakhs for just approval. Is this normal?Also, i was not ready to pay bribe
