My dad was married to this women for about one or two years when he was in the Vietnam War. She has all his stuff from the war.. dog tags, pictures, adwards and so on. She has never remarried or had any children. She lives alone. How can I ask her for my dad’s belongings and if she says no can I ask her to leave them for me and my brother when she passes? Also, if she still says no is there a way I can get them from her legally?
This lady is nuts and live with 20 birds 30 cats and swears she is a real witch. practices withcraft and all that other nonsense.
I have access to her address and phone number. Would it be better to call or write? Thanks everyone in advance.
Sorry. I just realized I worded the question totally wrong. My dad has not passed away. I was wondering if when his ex-wife died if she could leave his belongings to me in her will if she wont give them back while she is alive. sorry about that,.
