I re-sprained my ankle and foot today. I have a pair of Adidas sandals with little to no arch support and was wondering if that would be better than having my super feet inserts.
My Mom will only let me get more shoes if they have arch-support. I have like, ten pairs of flats (style of shoe) and my Mom told me that I need shoes that keeps my feet arch-y. LOL Feed them McDonald’s. I really think that Converse shoes are cute (but expensive) and I wanted to know if they have arch-support for my flat feet. Lol. I need personal experience in the his-ouse.

I am running alot recently but i have flat feet and need arch support. What are some womens shoes i wear that would be good for running and other sports?

I am kind of tall girl who until recently has enjoyed wearing high heels that feel great with my high arches. this is however when i am not wearing my hiking boots, cleats, tennis shoes etc you get the point but now I have been spending a lot of time with a great new guy who is my height exactly and therefore i’ve been wearing ballet flats (with the same glam of heels of course!) but by doing so my arches are flatting out causing me a lot of disconfort when i am invovled my various sports. help need glam arch supporting flats!!
