Isn’t it going against the rights of the students by telling them they cant wear hats or bandannas? people on the streets get to wear them, if they were a danger of any sort like the schools claim, the government would make them illegal which in and of itself would be illegal to declare so.

my oposition reason: it can only get worse. if we accept this, the next thing they will be shovin at us is school uniforms, random drug tests, metal detectors at the front doors, frequent locker searches, telling students they cant bring lunches or drinks from home because they could contain weapons, drugs, or alcohol. If you let them get away with something small, it can only progress.
