my friend has a 1876 first edition tom sawyer with the original case it was just unrapped its in perfect condition ive seen reports of them being sold for 54 thousand dollars auctioned off in new york and another for 24 thousand its in perfect conditon no wear on the sole or anything does anyone know were i could get it apraised i was thiking maybe the library would appraise it or at least tell me the best place to get it appraised and also does anyone have any idea how much it would be worth?
i found on the site you said a copy of it same date made the same year for 76 thousand dollars the copy was in much worse condition the one i have this one was just removed from its original packaging 2 days ago
